Policies and Procedures

• Appointment Booking: All appointments must have Consultation before a booking can be made. Your quote is good for 7 days. Note any questions or concerns at the time of booking. A confirmation text or email will be sent after scheduling.
• Reminder: A text or email will be sent 1 to 2 days prior to your service.
• Punctuality: Please be on time for your service. If running late, call in advance to inform the stylist.
• Preparation: Please come with your hair freshly shampoo within the last 24 hours with a clarifying shampoo. Your hair needs to be Completely Dry. Allow your hair to air dry, Do Not Blow Dry or Condition, put your hair into four braids and make sure your hair is Free From All products. Shampoo service is not available. (This is for Installation service only) Coloring Needs to be done 1 month before install.Coloring your hair can change your results. You will not be able to color again for 1 year.

Refunds

• Consultation fees and Scheduling Payments are non- refundable/non- transferable . If you can not afford to lose you r deposit if you have an emergency that is outside of the rescheduling policy and can't make your appointment please do not schedule.
• Over Payment when paying more than the require deposit is the only funds that will be refunded. Ex. If your service was $1,200 and you required deposit was $600 but you want to pay the full balance. Only $600 will be refunded "if you cancel based on the cancellation policy above. No Acceptions!
• If I cancel - You Will be given the options to receive a instant full refund. You can use the same deposit to reschedule and I'll take you on one of my off days. Friday or Saturday available Only if I cancel. If I cancel because of Your behavior you will not be refunded. Ex. Verbal Abuse , Wasting time being indecisive at appointment with attitude , Your non- emergency behavior prolonging your service. If You Cancel : You lose your deposit and if you want to reschedule a new deposit will be required for a new appointment.
• No call No Show You Will have lost your deposit if it's for a Retightening service
• If you have an appointment for an installation you will lose your deposit and be required to pay the full balance for another appointment and installation if you still desire service.
